I write books about live, human performance.
I spent twenty-two years as an aeronautical engineer in the Royal Canadian Air Force before taking up a second career in the special events industry. The first career honed my organizational and technical skills while the second honed my creativity. Somehow, this strange left-brain/right-brain mix (both sides regularly competed against each other) prompted me to write books about special event production and about various forms of live performance. Essentially, how does one do it, and what does it all mean? The books range from university textbooks to a compilation of humorous anecdotes.
I hope you enjoy them.
